VA Highlights Healing

May is National Mental Health Awareness Health Month, so it’s a great time to highlight VA services and upcoming events to support our Veterans in this realm. VA offers a broad spectrum of support for those suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. Two nationally renowned facilitators, Dr. Karen Kattar and Dr. Leslie Telfer, who are also therapists at the Phoenix VA Health Care System, offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE).
