Our Southeast Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic is located in the former Williams Air Force Base Hospital. The clinic serves Veterans on the east side of the valley including Ahwautukee, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Florence, Mesa, Superior, and Queen Creek, Arizona.
The clinic is based on a primary care model of health care that has physicians, physician's assistants and nurse practitioners who provide care. The clinic has several medical and psychiatric specialties available on site: for example, there is psychiatry, psychology, dermatology, gastroenterology and rheumatology. The clinic also has its own pharmacy, laboratory, social workers and dietitian.

Medical visits are by appointment only. Your health care provider will schedule appointments as needed. If you are ill or have questions about your care you are encouraged to call one of our PACT teams listed below:

Please call to cancel any appointments you cannot keep. This allows us to schedule other patients who may be ill.
To make your appointments more productive, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment and bring with you:
- All medications
- Home blood pressure records
- Diabetes diaries
- All outside medical records including those from other VA facilities
- Any other information that may apply to your care.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 60 E
Take the Power Road exit [Exit 188] heading south. Turn left onto E. Williams Field Rd. Drive east for 0.2 miles and follow signs for VA Clinic.
From Loop 202
Exit at Power Rd and turn south. Proceed approximately 1.5 miles to Williams Field Rd. and turn east (left), drive 0.2 miles and follow the signs for the VA Clinic.
