Our Southeast Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic is located in the former Williams Air Force Base Hospital. The clinic serves veterans on the east side of the valley including Ahwautukee, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Florence, Mesa, Superior, and Queen Creek, Arizona.
The clinic is based on a primary care model of health care that has physicians and nurse practitioners who provide care. The clinic has its own pharmacy and laboratory and has a full-time social worker and dietitian on their staff. There is also a part-time psychiatrist, psychologist, urologist, cardiologist and gastroenterologist, dermatologist and geriatrician.

Medical visits are by appointment only. Your health care provider will schedule appointments as needed. If you are ill or have questions about your care you are encouraged to call our clinic at (602)222-6568.
Please call to cancel any appointments you cannot keep. This allows us to schedule other patients who may be ill.
To make your appointments more productive, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment and bring with you:
- All medications
- Home blood pressure records
- Diabetes diaries
- All outside medical records including those from other VA facilities
- Any other information that may apply to your care.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 60 E
Take the Power Road exit [Exit 188] heading south. Turn left onto E. Williams Field Rd. Drive east for 0.2 miles and follow signs for VA Clinic.
From Loop 202
Exit at Williams Field Rd., heading east. After passing straight through Power Road intersection, drive 0.2 miles and follow signs for VA Clinic.
